The SGK Gun Show returns  to Manassas, VA at the Prince William County Fairgrounds June 22-23, 2013. This show will feature 150 tables of merchandise.  

Show hours are as follows:

Sat: 9a-5p
Sun: 10a-4p

Admission $7
Children 13-17 $4
Children 12 and under free with adult 21 years or older.

A concealed carry course will be taught twice daily:   Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 and 2:00 p.m.  Please bring state or federal ID.  The course is $75.00.  Afterwards you will qualify for the Virginia permit.

Historic Arms is proud to announce that a brand new state-of-the-art mobile firearms training unit will be at SGK Gun Shows.  This Mobile Firearms Training Unit is completely self-contained and is fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art computerized firearm training systems. It is also equipped for live firing using safe non-lethal ammunition.  Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the Mobile Training Unit is its general versatility to support a wide variety of firearms classes and clinics right at the Gun Show. The shooting range simulates target distances from several feet to 100 yards with conventional silhouette targets as well as shoot / no-shoot timed targets which are designed to enhance perception and judgment. But the Mobile Training Unit takes firearms judgment training to a whole new level with its branching scenarios. Various scenarios are presented with circumstances which require the participant to exercise judgment as to whether or not to use lethal force. Then, dependent on the participant's decision about the use of force and marksmanship under stress the scenario branches into various outcomes. So, for example, if lethal force was justified and the "bad guy" is hit then the scenario moves toward one outcome whereas if either lethal force was not properly applied or the "bad guy" was not hit then the scenario moves to another result. The Mobile Training Unit will be open for free tours between scheduled classes. Firearms training classes to qualify to apply for a multi-state permit to carry a concealed firearm are scheduled: Saturday 11 am until 1 pm and 2 pm until 4 pm Sunday 11 am and 2 pm.
